We will be releasing improvements and bug fixes to both our DXTrade and cTrader backend connectors during this time.
We've identified the issue and implemented a fix, analytics data should start flowing again shortly.
We're experiencing delays with our analytics platform, this is also having an effect on our Equity Protection, adding delays.
The developers are investigating the cause.
Our developers will be releasing improvements to our DXTrade BETA connector during this time. We have been gathering feedback from users since our launch on Saturday, and will be releasing some big improvements this evening.

During the release we will be restarting multiple backend services, we expect the disruption to last no more than 10 minutes.

We implemented a temporary fix and are currently monitoring the result.
The developers have identified a potential issue with Gooey Trade which is causing this. We are making a "quick fix". This is not the real solution, but enough to prevent the issue from happening whilst we reach out to Gooey Trade for further details.
We are seeing cases where DXTrade accounts show connected, but the true connection to their servers are down. The developers are investigating the cause and will make a fix once it has been identified.
This is causing trade copy actions to fail unexpectedly.

It appears for the second day in a row IC Markets are having issues with their ICMarketsSC-Demo06 server.
We're monitoring the situation, however we can confirm this issue is on IC Markets side and not ours.

This incident has been resolved.
The issue was caused by a fix in our cTrader platform conflicting with the add account process. The downtime lasted 9 minutes in total.
No existing accounts were impacted.
The issue has been identified, the developers are implementing the fix.
We're investigating the issue, caused by our cTrader platform upgrades.
The cTrader upgrades have now been released.
After a successful BETA launch, we have found a few bugs that need to be squashed.
The development team have handled these, we plan to release the fixes at 22:00 UK/UTC time. For this, we will need to restart multiple backend services which could impact trading. These restarts should only take a matter of minutes.

cTrader has now been released to public BETA.

The team are making good progress releasing cTrader. It's taking a little longer than expected due to a few cases we need to handle.
We hope to have an update very soon with good news.
The developers are currently in the process of releasing cTrader. This has been pushed forward due to the ongoing issues around prop firms.
Expect some disruption to our platform during this period.
