This incident has been resolved.
As this is a broker side outage, all we can do is monitor the situation.
We're seeing an outage on many IC Markets servers, the team are monitoring the situation which is unfortunately beyond our control.
We implemented a fix and are currently monitoring the result.
We're experiencing some delays with our trade copier, the team are investigating the cause now.
We are currently aware of an outage with IC Markets, this is a broker side outage causing connection issues.
This is beyond our control, once the broker recovers your account will reconnect.
It appears all accounts have now reconnected. We'll be monitoring the connections closely over the next few hours.
Multiple prop firms have confirmed the issue, if you are facing any issues closing open trades please reach out to your prop firm directly, they will be able to assist.
It appears Think Markets are having issues with their MT5 servers, causing accounts to have connection issues.
This issue is happening both at Traders Connect, and in MetaTrader directly. We're monitoring the situation, however it's beyond our control and due to a broker issue.
We are currently investigating an incident with our analytics backend. The developers are working on it.
