The development team will be releasing updates to our platform backend during this window. These updates will provide performance improvements.

During this, we will release changes to the following services.

• Dedicated Environments

• cTrader Connector

We expect a brief disruption for any accounts connected either via cTrader or our MetaTrader dedicated environments.

Explanation:

The developers have been hard at work making improvements to both our dedicated environment backend as well as our cTrader connector. Both changes will improve the stability of the platform.

We will be releasing an improvement to our analytics backend during this time.

We will be restarting our MetaTrader 4 backend at 22:00 UK (21:00 UTC) this evening. This is required in order to handle an issue causing duplicate partial close events coming from MT4 servers, in turn, causing partial closes to execute twice on the slave instead of once.

The restart will cause your MT4 account to disconnect for approximately 60 seconds.

TradeLocker have scheduled maintenance during this period, and we expect TradeLocker accounts to be disconnected.

We will be releasing our brand new support for in-app cryptocurrency payments during this time.

We will be releasing a new version of our DXTrade connector at 22:00 UK time (swap hours).

This contains an important bug fix relating to the copying of StopLoss and TakeProfit.

Your DXTrade account connection will be interrupted for no more than 30 seconds whilst the connection is restarted.

We are releasing our TradeLocker private BETA during this time.

The release will impact our frontend, as well as multiple backend services, the platform may be disrupted during this time. We do not expect any trade copier actions to be missed for existing platforms.
