    We will be restarting our MetaTrader 4 backend at 22:00 UK (21:00 UTC) this evening. This is required in order to handle an issue causing duplicate partial close events coming from MT4 servers, in turn, causing partial closes to execute twice on the slave instead of once.

    The restart will cause your MT4 account to disconnect for approximately 60 seconds.

    This is affecting account connection, as well as trading activities with some brokers.

    We will be releasing a new version of our DXTrade connector at 22:00 UK time (swap hours).

    This contains an important bug fix relating to the copying of StopLoss and TakeProfit.

    Your DXTrade account connection will be interrupted for no more than 30 seconds whilst the connection is restarted.

    The cTrader platform continues to remain down, both on their API and web-app. We're still waiting for an official response from the cTrader support team.
