We will be releasing our brand-new MatchTrader platform integration into private BETA!

Impact:

During this maintenance window, aspects of the platform may experience intermittent availability as we deploy and configure various backend services. We anticipate minimal impact for users, but you may notice temporary fluctuations in service.

Beta Release Details:

Once the deployment is complete, users accepted into our private BETA program will have early access to the MatchTrader integration.

Thank you for your patience and understanding as we roll out this exciting new addition!

The development team will be releasing updates to our platform backend during this window. These updates will provide performance improvements.

The window will last for a maximum of 2 hours.

Services affected:

During this, we will release changes to the following services.

• Dedicated Environments

• cTrader Connector

We expect a brief disruption for any accounts connected either via cTrader or our MetaTrader dedicated environments.

Explanation:

The developers have been hard at work making improvements to both our dedicated environment backend as well as our cTrader connector. Both changes will improve the stability of the platform.

We will be releasing an improvement to our analytics backend during this time.

We will be restarting our MetaTrader 4 backend at 22:00 UK (21:00 UTC) this evening. This is required in order to handle an issue causing duplicate partial close events coming from MT4 servers, in turn, causing partial closes to execute twice on the slave instead of once.

The restart will cause your MT4 account to disconnect for approximately 60 seconds.

TradeLocker have scheduled maintenance during this period, and we expect TradeLocker accounts to be disconnected.
