    Our developers will be releasing improvements to our DXTrade BETA connector during this time. We have been gathering feedback from users since our launch on Saturday, and will be releasing some big improvements this evening.

    Bug fixes:

    • Trades not closing when hitting SL if DXTrade is the master | Fixed

    • Trades executed from a DXTrade master pending order not being closed | Fixed

    • Analytics not updating when trades hit SL | Fixed

    Improvements:

    • Copier logs | Improved

    During the release we will be restarting multiple backend services, we expect the disruption to last no more than 10 minutes.

    The developers have identified a potential issue with Gooey Trade which is causing this. We are making a "quick fix". This is not the real solution, but enough to prevent the issue from happening whilst we reach out to Gooey Trade for further details.

    We are seeing cases where DXTrade accounts show connected, but the true connection to their servers are down. The developers are investigating the cause and will make a fix once it has been identified.

    This is causing trade copy actions to fail unexpectedly.

    The issue was caused by a fix in our cTrader platform conflicting with the add account process. The downtime lasted 9 minutes in total.

    After a successful BETA launch, we have found a few bugs that need to be squashed.

    The development team have handled these, we plan to release the fixes at 22:00 UK/UTC time. For this, we will need to restart multiple backend services which could impact trading. These restarts should only take a matter of minutes.

    Bug fixes and changes:

    • Handle multiple cTrader ID's

    • Incorrect "Digits" on some trade actions causing trades not to copy

    • Remove incorrect copier log errors

    • Analytics not displaying open and close times for pending orders

    We appreciate all of your feedback on cTrader so far.

    The developers are currently in the process of releasing cTrader. This has been pushed forward due to the ongoing issues around prop firms.
