TradeLocker have now resolved their API issues.
We are currently seeing connection issues on the TradeLocker API. We can confirm that the issues come from TradeLocker, and not Traders Connect.
As of this moment there is no official announcement from TradeLocker, we're unaware of when the issue will be resolved.
For any queries we ask that you send them directly to TradeLocker.
Unfortunately the platform is down again. We're waiting for the broker to implement a stable fix.
The service appears to be back online, we're monitoring the connections closely.
We're seeing issues with Alchemy Markets DXtrade server. The issue comes from the brokers side, and is not related to Traders Connect.
It's effecting the following servers:

FXIFY
Users of these should contact their brokers for updates.
We're currently investigating an incident with the TradeLocker API. We will follow up with more information.

Impact:
During this maintenance window, aspects of the platform may experience intermittent availability as we deploy and configure various backend services. We anticipate minimal impact for users, but you may notice temporary fluctuations in service.
Beta Release Details:
Once the deployment is complete, users accepted into our private BETA program will have early access to the MatchTrader integration.
