    The third party has resolved the incident and everything is now back to normal.

    This issue has been identified as an outage with our third-party authentication software, leaving users unable to login.

    We're monitoring the situation, however as the outage is with our authentication provider, it's beyond our control.

    The copier is still working as expected, any issues are relating to the app login only.

    Due to a breaking change in MT4 this weekend, the developers need to release a fix in our MetaTrader 4 backend.

    This requires a restart, which will last around 30 to 60 seconds.

    Any trades placed during this time are at risk of being missed, however, any trades closed during this time will be recovered and closed upon reconnect.

    We will begin restarting the MT4 backend at 08:45 UTC / 09:45 London time.

    This is only effecting the web-app, the trade copier is copying as expected.
