    As part of our ongoing commitment to system reliability and performance, our engineering team will be conducting essential maintenance on our MetaTrader infrastructure.

    This operation involves a staged update to our internal network, during which up to 50% of network capacity will be temporarily offline. While we are implementing safeguards to minimise disruption, users may experience intermittent connectivity issues with MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 accounts during the maintenance window. This may result in delayed or missed trade actions.

    We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your patience as we work to enhance the stability and performance of our systems.

    We experienced an issue with some master MT5 accounts missing trades this morning. The issue related to a MetaTrader change over the weekend which caused some master accounts to miss open trade positions.

    The developers have implemented a fix.

    This issue happened between 07:20 and 11:30 UTC.

    Our developers need to restart our cTrader backend due to a critical bug causing trades to not be copied if they contain a Stop Loss or Take Profit. This fix will fix 90% of issues, however Fixed StopLoss and Fixed TakeProfit may continue to experience issues. The developers cannot release the fix for the remaining 10% until swap hours (22:00 UK).

    Please note during this time your cTrader account will be reconnected.

    The process should take no more than 30 seconds for your account.

MT4 Connection

    We experienced a disruption affecting our MetaTrader 4 services due to an issue with Google Cloud. Our entire MetaTrader 4 cluster was unexpectedly restarted by Google Cloud, causing connection issues for all users on this cluster.

    Our team was immediately alerted and took swift action to migrate affected accounts to an alternative cluster, restoring stability. The incident has now been fully resolved, and all services are functioning as expected.
