    The development team will be performing an emergency restart of our MT5 connectors over the next 60 minutes. Your account will be disconnected for a short period.

    This is required in order to fully resolve the data issues we're seeing.

    We experienced an issue with some master MT5 accounts missing trades this morning. The issue related to a MetaTrader change over the weekend which caused some master accounts to miss open trade positions.

    The developers have implemented a fix.

    This issue happened between 07:20 and 11:30 UTC.
